At Rooted in Truth, each product is carefully handcrafted with natural ingredients to ensure quality, safety, and effectiveness. Due to the nature of our products, we have the following return policy in place:

Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used products.

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at rootedintruthllc@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will gladly review and offer a replacement or store credit if approved.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.


Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The product is confirmed defective or damaged upon arrival
  • We are unable to replace the item

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Our products are made with natural oils, butters, and botanical ingredients. Please review all ingredients before use. Rooted in Truth is not responsible for allergic reactions. Perform a patch test before full use.


Shipping Issues

Rooted in Truth is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
